What we do
We continue to operate in accordance with the restructuring plan approved by the European Commission (EC) with the aim of maximising recovery in the interests of the Irish taxpayer.
Asset Recovery
The Bank is focusing on the orderly management and work-out of its loan books predominantly in Ireland and the UK
Other services
Mortgages: We acquired many residential mortgage customers from INBS on 1 July 2011. We will work with all of our mortgage customers equally and fairly, as part of the workout of the Bank. We are also available for any questions our mortgage customers have about the transfer, our name change, arrears or simply the mortgage payment process.
Financial Markets: We continue to work with a range of stakeholders operating in the financial markets, including international bank counterparts, treasury counterparties and regulatory authorities.
Deposits: Most of our personal and corporate deposit accounts have been transferred to the AIB Group. We continue to provide services on deposit accounts for customers who were retained by the Bank.
Wealth Management: The Bank is currently evaluating alternative proposals for the disposal of its Wealth Management division and all stakeholders will be updated with developments as they occur.
