Recruitment process
We will be looking for a winning mix of talent, personality, professionalism and potential, and in return, we will give you the opportunity to build on your skills and develop your career.
Your application
After the application deadline, our Recruitment Team will review your application against the criteria for the role and we will work with the hiring manager to select a range of candidates who will be invited to interview.
First interview
The purpose of this interview is to introduce you to our organisation and give you a better idea of the specific duties and opportunities the role involves. This stage involves interviews with the line manager and members of the team you have applied to join. Depending on the role you have applied for there may be a range of technical, professional or psychometric tests used to assess your knowledge, skills and experience. That said, interviews are always a two-way process. So they will be every bit as much about you deciding whether we are right for you as vice versa.
Second interview
If you progress further, you may be invited to a second interview. This will give you an opportunity to talk more about your aspirations, goals and motivations and enable us to assess where you could fit within our business. The second interviews are likely to be conducted by the line manager, in addition with a HR manager, or another member of the team.
The purpose of this interview is to examine your profile in more detail. This is also the time to ask detailed questions about the job and the department. This gives you and us the information we need to reach a decision.
Job offer and references
When we offer you a job, we will then obtain references from your previous employer, but only after you have given us permission. You will be given a response and offered feedback, whether or not you are successful.
