In order to achieve this primary objective and to maintain an organisation capable of delivering on our other business goals and stakeholder needs, the Bank needs to attract and retain dedicated and professional staff with the appropriate expertise and experience across a range of disciplines including, but not limited to, asset recovery, lending operations and the NAMA unit within IBRC.
